Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies (GSICS), Kobe University, welcomes international students, funded by Japanese government (MEXT) scholarship, who would like to pursue doctoral degree in Arctic legal issues, the Antarctic Treaty System, the law of the sea, and international environmental law.

The course is the first in the NOVA (The Nordic Forestry, Veterinary and Agricultural University Network) PhD course series "Climate Change Entomology in the North" which is scheduled for 2017-2019. The course will take place Sept. 25 - 29, 2017 at the Viikki campus, University of Helsinki.
