The University of Aberdeen, Scotland, is currently offering an Elphinstone Scholarship fee-waiver for a PhD student to be affiliated with the 'Narrative Objects: The Sakha Summer Festival and Cultural Revitalization' project. The start date would be September 2015 and home, EU and overseas students are welcome to apply.

23 March at Northern (Arctic) Federal University 11 BCS students got diplomas of the University of the Arctic. The BCS program is offered by several UArctic members, among which is the University of Nordland (Norway). Its representatives Eivind Karlsen and Hakan Sandersen attended the graduation ceremony.

The start of the project is March 24. The competition is held by the Surgut State University to develop mobile devices and to enhance creative potential of young programmers. Leading mobile business companies will estimate the work of young programmers.
