4200 Marine Omics
The course provides an overview of marine genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, glycomics, metabolomics, and lipidomics.
Omics-based studies of a variety of marine organisms (e.g. fungi, algae, animals), as well as several industrial applications (e.g. biofuel, nutrigenomics, pharmacogenomics, aquaculture and fisheries), will be considered.
