The session, titled "Adaptive Capacity of Workplace in the Changing Arctic," took place on June 1st, 2024 in Bodø, Norway. The session featured state-of-the-art research on the current and planned preparedness and practices of Arctic workplaces, considering climate change, harsh weather, remoteness, and vulnerabilities.
