The Malaurie Institute of Arctic Research Monaco-UVSQ (MIARC) is very sad to announce the passing away of Professor Jean Malaurie in his 102nd year, February 5, 2024, at his home in Dieppe, France.

The High North Center for Business and Governance has opened nominations to the High North Hero Award, created to honor a person or an organization that has contributed to highlighting the importance of the Arctic.
