A team-taught interdisciplinary course on the Arctic system
This course provides a broad background and interdisciplinary perspective on the Arctic system through a series of lectures from faculty representing multiple disciplines engaging in Arctic research. Topics covered include physical science, law, natural science, art, communication, social science, and geography and others. Students will integrate the skills and knowledge they have gained and apply that knowledge to real-world problems in the Arctic.
