Lewisporte Regional Fisheries and Marine Centre

The Lewisporte Regional Fisheries and Marine Centre is located on the campus of Dietrac Technical Institute, a local not-for-profit industrial trades college. It has been established by the Marine Institute as a two-year pilot project to serve the Central Newfoundland region. The primary goal of this center is to support the growth of the local fisheries and marine sectors through education, training, applied research and development, and technology transfer.
