TN Working in the Arctic invites abstracts for its session "Working in the Arctic: Success and Health" within UArctic Congress 2022

TN "Working in the Arctic" invites abstracts for its session 24. Working in the Arctic: Success and Health within UArctic Congress 2022, which will be held at Moscow State University on October 4-7, 2022.
This session will focus on raising awareness of occupational health and safety, and strengthening cooperation in the Arctic. The session will introduce the audience to recent research on changing working conditions, businesses and successful improvements in the Arctic region.
Organizers invite papers which extend our knowledge of heat and physical stress at work, use of personal protective equipment, occupational health, as well as psychological consequences of working in the Arctic. Papers on occupational safety in general and from the point of view of individual actions, group and organizational factors are welcome as well as recent studies on the impacts of climate change on work and workers in the Arctic. The aim of the session is to exchange experiences on education and share research results in the fields of physiology, psychology and medical support of labour.
