Registration open for UArctic Rectors' Forum 2019
Trent University hosts the 2019 UArctic Rectors' Forum on its Symon's Campus, Peterborough, Ontario, Canada August 19-22, 2019. Registration is now open for senior leaders of UArctic's higher education members.
The theme of Trent University’s 2019 Rectors Forum will be "Made in the Arctic". It will provide a venue for invested researchers, academics, students and institutions to discuss a suitable way to establish an education policy that will empower northern youth, without being detrimental to the indigenous languages and cultures of the communities.
As part of the UArctic Rectors' Forum, the hosts are re-issuing the Call for Poster Presentations Proposals for the 2019 for students to attend the meeting. This forum provides a unique opportunity for students of UArctic member institutions to network with the faculty and executives, and to present their education related research projects. Undergraduate and graduate students are asked to submit poster presentation abstracts by the submission deadline: May 31, 2019. See the call for full details.
