The newest volume of the Woodrow Wilson Center's magazine focuses exclusively on Arctic issues, and also includes contributions from Mike Sfraga and Ross Virginia of the UArctic Institute for Arctic Policy.

The Wilson Quarterly explores the world by examining ideas, culture, news, and the real lives they affect. With expert analysis, a diversity of viewpoints, and thought-provoking human stories, WQ aims to foster a more informed and engaged conversation on the ideas that matter. WQ is a product of the Communications Department of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars.

The Wilson Center, chartered by the US Congress as the official memorial to President Woodrow Wilson, is the nation’s key non-partisan policy forum for tackling global issues through independent research and open dialogue to inform actionable ideas for the policy community.
