The forth issue of UArctic Russian Newsletter is now available online The issue tells about Thematic Networks activities and contains interviews with Thematic Network leaders.

UArctic Research Office (Northern(Arctic) Federal University, Arkhangelsk, Russia) and International Secretariat present the new issue of the UArctic Russian Newsletter. All the articles will be soon available in English.
