Strengthening the education agreement between Norway and Russia

On 27th April 2010, Norway and Russia signed a bilateral intention agreement concerning higher education. On Monday 18th March 2013 State Secretary Ragnhild Setsaas at The Norwegian Ministry of Education and Research met Alexandr Klimov ,Russian Vice-Minister for Education and Research at University of Nordland.
