Career Development Workshop at ICASS VII
The Association of Polar Early Career Scientists (APECS) is organizing a career development workshop for early career researchers (up to 7 years after your PhD) on June 21, 2011 just before the start of the International Congress of Arctic Social Sciences (ICASS VII) in Akureyri
Workshops will be offered on:
- Alternative Polar Careers (how to make use your polar education in non-academic careers)
- Funding and Proposal Writing
- Informing Policy and Policy Makers
- Collaborating with Communities
