First call for abstracts: Arctic Frontiers 2010

Arctic FrontiersOrganizers of the Arctic Frontiers 2010 conference announce a call for abstracts. The conference will be held in Tromso, Norway, 27-29 January 2010. The conference is divided into three parallel sessions that will focus on the latest research results of climate change effects on sea-ice, marine biodiversity, social science, health research, economy, self-governance, and well-being in arctic communities.
Arctic Frontiers 2010 consists of three parallel sessions. Conference organizers invite abstract submission for oral and poster presentations in the following topics:
  - Session I: Ice and climate, including paleo climate;
  - Session II: Sustainable communities in the High North; and
  - Session III: Marine biodiversity under change.

The deadline for abstract submission is 19 October 2009.
