Barents Education Network launching tender

Barents Education Network is launching a tender for carrying out a feasibility study "Prospects of the Barents Education Network in Formation of the Barents Region Higher Education Area". It is aimed to assist a comprehensive needs assessment for continuous network existence and potential of enlarged network that concerns higher education institutions in the Barents Region.  

 
The tender is open to universities, research centres and other scientific, professional and learned societies interested in role and development of higher education.

Tender proposals (offers) must be elaborated according to the instructions set in the tender dossier (attached to this email), delivered and received by the 18th December 2006 at 16:00 local time at the latest. 
 
The Barents Education Network is a network of 13 nationally recognized higher education institutions in the Barents region which aims at promoting higher education.
