- Make contact with the north2north contact at your home institution who will confirm that you are eligible for exchange by issuing an endorsement letter to enclose in the north2north application.
- Apply for exchange:
a. Apply for exchange at your home institution (if required)
b. Complete the north2north Application form prior to the application deadline of 15th February each year and submit it with the required documents described below:
-Endorsement letter from your institutional north2north2north contact
-Result of English language test, if taken Academic records – A Transcript of grades certified by your home institution
c. Apply for exchange at the host institution
Note: Please be aware of institutional deadlines at the home and at the host institutions that may be earlier than the north2north application deadline. It is each student’s responsibility to follow the exchange application rules and deadlines at her/his home institution and at the host institution.,
- Once you have been accepted at the host institution, sign the Learning Agreement prior to the study abroad period confirming the course recognition at your home institution.
- On completion of the study period submit the Student Post Exchange Feedback Form
